The event will take place from 8 to 12 June 2026 at Bialystok University of Technology, Poland and will bring together doctoral researchers interested in interdisciplinary collaboration and research in the areas of engineering and technology, natural resources, and management and quality studies.
Participants of the programme may be PhD students enrolled at one of the universities belonging to the ACROSS Alliance, representing any academic discipline, in particular those interested in research in the fields of engineering and technology, natural resources, and management and quality sciences, as well as in establishing interdisciplinary research cooperation.
Participants will be selected based on the order of complete applications submitted by candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.
Selected participants will receive financial support European Union under the project “Support for European Universities Alliances” (project no. FERS.01.05-IP.08-0219/23):
- A scholarship to cover travel expenses to Poland: 1500 PLN– PhD students from: Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Slovenia; 2000 PLN – PhD students from: France, Bulgaria, Italy; 3000 PLN – PhD students from Spain;
- A lump sum for living and accommodation costs in Poland: 300 PLN/ per 1 day;
- A residency scholarship: 125 PLN/ per 1 day – PhD students.
Applicants must submit the following documents through the application form:
- motivation statement (max. 1 page),
- brief description of the PhD research topic (max. 1 page),
- confirmation of English proficiency at minimum B2 level,
- confirmation of PhD student status at an Across Alliance university.
