Bialystok University of Technology is pleased to announce the 16th International Staff Week 2026, which will take place in Bialystok, Poland.
The aim of the International Staff Week is to exchange good practices and ideas, strengthen international communication skills, and develop partnerships between universities.
The event will be held from 18 to 22 May 2026. All activities will be conducted in English, and participants are required to have a minimum English proficiency level of B2.
The preliminary programme of the International Staff Week is attached.
Interested participants are kindly invited to register via forms.com.pl. Please note that the number of available places is limited, and the organisers may restrict the number of participants from the same university. Participation in the Staff Week may be funded through Erasmus+ grants provided by the participant’s home university.
Participants are kindly requested not to make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of their participation.
