Chemnitz University of Technology invites PhD students from Across partner universities to join this online workshop dedicated to intercultural competence and inclusive collaboration.
Participants will explore how cultural backgrounds influence perception, communication and teamwork in international research environments. Through an interactive approach, the workshop will address key intercultural competencies, communication styles, stereotypes and approaches to diversity.
