As competition for third-party funding intensifies in Germany and abroad, scientists and institutions face increasing pressure to submit applications more frequently. However, not every program aligns with individual or institutional goals. This workshop helps researchers develop a strategic approach to their mid- and long-term career goals, scientific ambitions, and the plans of their institutions.
