We are delighted to announce that the Across Annual Meeting 2026 will take place from 13–15 October 2026 at Bialystok University of Technology (BUT), Poland.
Bringing together representatives from all Across partner universities, the Annual Meeting will be a key moment to reflect on our achievements, strengthen collaboration, and shape the next steps of our alliance.
Over three days, participants will engage in:
✨ Strategic discussions on the future of European Universities
✨ Task Team and collaborative meetings
✨ Transversal topical meetings on key priorities such as micro-credentials, mobility, research collaboration, sustainability, digital transformation, communication, and community engagement
✨ Workshops, networking activities, and exchanges of best practices
✨ Dedicated meetings with students and PhD representatives to strengthen their role within the Across community
The programme will also feature inspiring discussions with representatives from European University alliances, national agencies, and higher education leaders, creating opportunities to exchange experiences and explore new pathways for cooperation.
