The event will focus on the role of women in contemporary science, the development of academic careers, and the importance of diversity in the research and teaching environment. The debate will provide a space to discuss the experiences of female researchers, as well as the challenges and opportunities associated with academic work.
The event will feature female researchers from the Białystok University of Technology as well as from European and non-European universities. The international nature of the meeting will facilitate the exchange of perspectives, best practices and insights stemming from different cultures and models of university operation.
The discussion will be moderated by Assoc. Prof. Joanna Mystkowska and dr Romuald Ziolkowski.
