The Across Office is the inter-university management office of Across. Located on the premises of Chemnitz University of Technology (Germany) as the coordinating institution, it will support alliance operations at all levels, monitor progress and play a mediating and stimulating role.

We search for creative and open-minded talents in the Across Office for the following positions:

Alliance Coordinator (deadline to be extended to 10 December)

4 years, 100% TV-L salary level 14 (German collective labour agreement)

The Alliance Coordinator is Head of the Across Office and its team, coordinates the Erasmus+ project, ensures efficient and effective operation of the alliance governance and represents Across at internal and external stakeholder events.

Financial Officer

4 years, 50-75% TV-L salary level 11 (German collective labour agreement)

The Financial Officer manages and monitors all financial aspects of Across, including finance and accounting, controlling and budget planning.

Alliance Assistant

4 years, 100% TV-L salary level 9b (German collective labour agreement)

The Alliance Assistant organises of the Across Office, provides administrative support to Chemnitz University of Technology project leadership in matters regarding Across, administers the preparation of session of the alliance governance and organises monitoring processes.

Communication Officer (TBA)

Located at the University of Perpignan Via Domitia (France), the Communication Officer manages the overall internal and external communication strategy of across and oversees its implementation in collaboration with communication experts at the partner universities.
