The Universitat de Girona (UdG) will host its 2nd International Staff Week from June 1st to 5th, 2026.
Target group:
- International Officers
- University staff involved in international activities.
- Other staff members interested in international affairs.

- Good practices: The Environmental Change and Inclusion
Language of the staff Week: English
Registration Fee: 100€
Covers the guided tour, the cultural trip, coffee breaks, lunches, and a formal dinner.
Travel and Accommodation: Participants are expected to cover these expenses, ideally through the Erasmus+ fund for staff training mobility (STT) available at their home institutions.
Application Details:
- Deadline: 28th February 2026
- Participant Limits: Maximum of two participants per institution to ensure a wider representation of institutions.
- Selection Criteria: First come, first served.
- Be aware: Submitting an application does not guarantee automatic acceptance. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all available places are filled. Once capacity is reached, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
