his first study day on open science, organized by the Universitรฉ de Perpignan and the Across Alliance, offers the opportunity to raise awareness and share information about current policies and their coherence, and engage in dialogue around practical approaches. Discussions will be grounded in examples and testimonials from a wide range of academic disciplines.
๐ The morning session will place open science within a national framework and shed light on how it is being implemented at the regional level, through feedback from various institutions. These exchanges will be followed by a keynote addressing the ethical and legal dimensions of open science.
๐ In the afternoon, researchers from various fields will share their experiences and practices relating to open science. This session will also open the floor to discussions on new models of open publishing, and the opportunities open science presents for rethinking how scientific knowledge is disseminated.
